I doubt if you need the “best”. Probably just a good one is good enough.

Do you think you need a big company (either in Australia or in India or Vietnam or so), or would a Australian freelancer be good also.

Whatever you choose, have a look at their portfolio (what other apps, comparable to yours, did they make and what do like about those apps)?
