What is the best technology to create/maintain software/app/ website?

Details to consider: Open-source, the most secure, best data privacy solution, encrypted, blockchain, easy to be improved, fast.
I would be happy to hear any suggestions about code, hardware and more. If my question isn’t sound right, I hope with more knowledge, I will ask better questions. I’m starting the company, the name is ……., and I’m exploring options.

To implement all that, your team would need to be able to work with the solutions they selected. If you don’t have a team you now have topics to discuss with your prospective employees and more.

You lead with best and as such only you with your longer requirements list can find a match. I’ve worked with clients that ask for best and often they can’t supply what makes for best. That’s not unusual but it means we have to work out what they mean by best.
Often, all too often it’s the price.

It doesn’t make sense to do something what can’t be 10x times better. Only good and motivated team can to the best.
But I’m exploring technology options. I’m thinking about using C++ and Java, but I want to know what options I can have.

The technology (which you seem to define as programming language) totally depends on what you’re going to make.

It’s different for Windows programs, Linux programs, Mac OS X programs, static websites, dynamic websites, responsive websites, Android apps and iPhone apps, to name a few. Not to mention ERP’s and datawarehouses which usually come with their own technology.

Why it’s rare to make things 10 times better.

Let’s cut to the reasons.
1. “It’s the money.”
2. Time, how much time do we have?

Both are product and idea killers. This is why you distill what you want to do and prototype it. You test out what didn’t work right, fix that and then decide if it’s good enough.

Making a #2 Pencil 10 times better isn’t going to take over the market.
