What is the correct way to ‘relocate’ a meeting?

Exchange 2003 Outlook 2003 Meeting rooms as resources set to auto-accept meetings.
One administrator sometimes needs to move meetings from one resource (meeting room) to another – using drag and drop. Updates are not going out to the attendees so they are wandering around trying to find the meeting to which they were invited. What is the correct way to ‘relocate’ a meeting when you are NOT the organizer??

(administrator currently has delegate/editor rights for all meeting room calendars)
