Hi everyone, this is my first time here. A while back, I accidentally spilled liquid on my laptop keyboard, causing keys to press themselves and so on, so I’ve had to use an external one for the time being. When I spoke to the repair technician, he told me I’d need to order a replacement keyboard because the current one is water-damaged. He also mentioned that an original part would be quite expensive, so I decided to look for cheaper options myself, since I have no intention of paying that much for just a keyboard.
While looking for keyboards (I’m based in Poland), I noticed that most available parts cost around $13.61 USD, whereas a few others which look identical in the photos are priced at roughly $265 USD.
I want to make sure I’m not missing something here, or if I can safely ignore the price difference and just order the cheaper one. I don’t want to deal with any input limitations that weren’t present on the original keyboard or any other unpleasant surprises
