It’s more the program/application that you use and less the hardware to allow you to do it. What specific gameplay will you be recording?

It’s one of those monsters with the i9 CPU, 64GB RAM and RTX 4070 GPUs. Also, 2TB SSD, no hard drives.

I hear the RTX 5000 laptops are soon to arrive so soon the best will be those.

Look for a laptop within your budget online. You’re going to want a decent amount of RAM and good graphics for higher quality output.
