What patch to apply for Swen virus

I have downloaded the most recent virus definitions that include ths Swen virus. I have already applied the MS03-032 patch for IE that was released by Microsoft in August. Since MS03-032 is a cumulative patch, does it fix the vulnerability that Swen exploits? Do I need to do anything further to secure my network?
