What Slows Down GTM Execution in Tech Teams?

GTM execution is becoming more critical as tech products race to market. For outbound sales teams, having a clear, testable GTM plan often defines early traction and scale.
How are your outbound sales teams aligning with product and marketing? Are you relying on internal frameworks or building custom GTM systems? What’s been your biggest GTM execution hurdle so far?

GTM commonly is Google Tag Manager. But it can be Go To Market or Gross Trailer Mass also. Am I right to suppose you mean Go To Market?

I think it depends on your product. B2B (like selling airplanes or an ERP system) is quite different from B2C (selling TV’s or an app) and it’s all tech.

Great question. We’ve seen similar challenges with alignment and execution speed across multiple outbound GTM teams. One thing that’s helped our clients is having a clear, hands-on support model instead of relying solely on static frameworks.
