-58% of IT staffers think business leaders wait too long to bring them into the planning process.
-62% say IT lacks the people and money to do their jobs.
-And only 16% say there is a clearly defined technology roadmap in their company.
-Respondents call for improved collaboration, funding for innovation and a deeper understanding of the needs of customers and business managers.
