That’s impossible without knowing the country you live in. A member from Ukrain might find a source in Russia less reliable than a member in Russia.

Not to speak of China.

And, sorry, recommendations with links to shops probably will be considered spam and deleted. So the best you can do is to find a few candidates to buy from and then read reviews about those shops or sites.
