Analysis: Identify gaps, review customizations, and clean up data.
      Development: Convert code, test customizations.
Migration: Export/import data, validate, and test.

All this just for a name change at the service provider (Microsoft)?

Wow, guess since I didn’t follow all those steps explains why I had so many issues when Microsoft changed
the name of HotMail to Live Mail, then again to Outlook Live….OH! Wait a minute…I didn’t have any problems!
Why you ask? Those are possible steps that the service PROVIDER should take, not the subscriber!
As just a subscriber, there is little to nothing we can do when the provider changes the name of the service.

Suggestion…refine your Copilot/ChatGPT/Gemini prompts, perhaps you’ll get a better answer next time.
