When charging iPhone on my wireless charger, the fan doesn’t work.

Hello,
recetly I bought an old Samsung wireless charger – type EP-NG930 for my new iPhone SE 2020. I wasn’t really planing to replace my wired charger, I just wanted to try it. When it arrived, I firstly tested on it my old Samsung Galaxy S7. It worked perfectly, the fan on the back side to prevent heat was spinning. But when I put on it my iPhone, the van didn’t spin. The only thing I could hear was silent ‘beeping’ instead of the van spinning. So what’s the problem? And also, is it safe to use without the van? And is it better than normal charging with a wired cahrger?
