When ever I open my phone’s gallery with the Wi-Fi on, it will show nothing

I have Redmi Note 10 by xiaomi. When ever I open my phones gallery with wi-fi or mobile data ON it will not show any thing or takes too much time to load pictures or videos. what should I do?

Are you referring to photos stored on the device directly or from external sources? Does it not work on all Wi-Fi connections or have you only tested on one network? Are you receiving any error messages when trying to open those photos? Are you certain that the photos are in a format/file type that the phone can read/access? If you don’t know for certain, I would attempt to contact their product support team.

What happens with both WiFi and cellular data OFF? All fine then?
