I have a HP dv611us laptop when I turn it on there are blurry white lines across with the HP in center for about 10 seconds then nothing.I hook another LCD monitor and the HP will come up then when the laptop screem goes off so does the LCD monitor. Also during this the laptop reboots every 30 seconds. could that be the motherboard?
