I am (once again) facing this problem with our new “junior consultants” where they have almost all knowledge needed to deliver yet they seem to sink in the ocean of research!
Proper timing is critical in completing any project, not to mention managing it. Yet it?s too hard to spend time “coaching” when to stop research and start deliver!
I would appreciate any suggestions!
