I am a part of a three member IT development team. We share responsibilities among us, by our own choise. At the same time, I have to work as a Network Analyst, Systems Administrator, System Analyst, IT trainer and procurement adviser. Soon I’ll be taking System development (programming and development) responsibilities. Am I ruining my career? Personally I enjoy this type of situation, but should I really leave the share of responsibilities and concentrate on a single field? If so, why? The problem is I love doing all this, it will be hard for me to give up a single area at once. How should I develope my career from here? The real concern is actually where my career is going to? Any comments appreciated.

P.S Other two are doing IT Management and database development and database administration. We work 52 hours a week each.
