Where are config files for Outlook

I’m looking to backup my Outlook configurations files as before with Outlook XP. Surprise, the only file stayed at the same place is “Profile Name.FAV” I cannot find “Outcmd.Dat”. I cannot find “Profile Name.RWZ” neither.
Is there replacement for those files? If yes, where are they and what are there name?
If not, what are there new locations?
