When I swap out a computer, one of the things I copy over to the new system is the cookies folder. We use XP Pro. Ever since we upgraded to IE 7, I have not been able to locate that folder. Where did they go?

The cookies are in the profile. C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files. You have to show hidden files to see them. The other thing you can do is use something like the User State Migration Tool. It will backup all this stuff for you.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
