Where is all our mail going?

I recently change out email server to different box and ip, and server name, then made the DNS MX records changes. I am able to email out o.k., but no one is able to receive! When I send from another account I get no returned mail message and no mail. How can I track a SENT message from the senders point of view to see where it’s going? Any ideas?
