I am looking for a free and secure online TV viewing application for my phone. Can someone recommend me such an application, can I pay a certain cost for the application really well.

ALSO.. on whether you’re on PC or Mobile.

Since you’re on android, I guess you should be in luck, as nearly every possible network platform (e.g. HBO, NBC, ABC, etc.) is providing their services through a ‘free’ application, which runs on advertiser money.
Poporntime is a good app if you have a good spec phone.
Crackle is also a good platform.

XumoTV and PlutoTV are the best web-based application and platforms to watch live TV. These two services are legal and operate in the US only. You may give them try. CBS, ABC, USTVNOW, BBC Iplayer are good options too.
