Which development tool is best suited for departmental applications?
Background:
Currently developing simple applications on Access 97/2000. Need to develop applications quickly. I want to avoid acquiring many Access licenses by being able todevelop executable file applications. Databases are being updated from files imported through Excel files from other databases. I have 13 years experience as programmer/analyst.
