Which is better ACT! or GOLDMINE?

I'm considering purchasing either ACT! or Goldmine - can anyone tell me which is better?? or is ther e another package which is better for the money.
I decided it will be probably best to spend the money for a good package. Thanks so much

I personally have never usedG oldmine... however, I have done some support work with ACT! and have found it to be troublesome if used in a multi-use environment - used over a network by several users.

I've been using GoldMine for several years, still supporting version 5.5 in very large distributed situation. Very stable, reliable. Extremely flexible for configuring unique work requirements.

Have limited experience with ACT! good product but not as configurable as GM in my opinion.
