I'll keep it short. While neither could be considered a great 3D workstation, you only have these two choices.

Remember that almost all machines with these CPUs do not allow for a CPU upgrade. Most allow for more RAM or a change of storage.

Assuming the size of the disk isn't relevant (it's easy to replace the smaller one with a bigger one), it's worth a benchmark (in speed) with the programs and models you use it for.
