Which is the Best networking cable- Cat6a or Cat6 Plenum Cable?

Kindly guide me on the use of Ethernet Cables. Which is the best to design a commercial network? Cat6 Plenum cable or Cat6a Plenum cable- which is the best option?

  If you are trying to run at 10 Gbps then you run 6a.
  
  However 6 says you can run 10 Gbps up to 55 meters so if the job is cost sensitive then you decide based on how far the runs are.

    some network administrators told me that I can run 10GBPS on Cat6 cable as well.

  What I read in https://community.fs.com/blog/what-is-cat6-plenum-cable-and-why-it-is-more-expensive-than-cat6-riser-cable.htmlis that the main difference is security in case of fire. So it seems to depend on where the cable is installed. In case of doubt: consult your insurance.
