Before worrying about the make/model laptop, you need to confirm your hardware requirements. How much RAM, HDD/SDD storage, how large/type of display, budget to name a few. After your needs list is addressed, then start searching for available computers. There is not a single computer that will do everything for everybody. Start with a needs assessment and work from there. If you are having trouble making a list of requirements, you should consult an expert to help you directly at your workplace.

Any laptop that can run the software your printing company needs with a satisfying performance would be fine.

There is no specific laptop that anyone here can suggest for a printing company because there is no single computer maker that specializes in this type of industry over any other. Find a computer that has the hardware specifications that you want @ a price you are willing to pay. Depending on the computer, you might be able to spend only $400 or a few thousand $$ depending on your needs.
