which sitemap is good for indexing i am using rankmath but one of my friend tell me about manual sitemap but i don’t know how to add maunal sitemap does i go with manual sitemap or continue with rankmyth my site has 30 post but index only 19

Why not ask your friend to tell your more about manual sitemap and learning you how to make it?
