who can help me out while my document get deleted permanently?

i have a windows 8.1 laptop, yesterday i use shift deleted function to release the internal memory of my laptop including a folder which contains many important document, but i can't get it back from recycle bin any more ,what should i do to get the file folder back?

The file you though deleted permanently actually remains untouched unless you save new files to overwrite it. The file is labeled as "deleted" now. So this is just a piece of cake for a data recovery tool.
If you only need to recovery one file which is less than 2 GB, there's no need to pay for any software. Just use free easeus data recovery. It can free recover data less than 2 Gb.
