Who is in my mailbox?

We are running MS Exchange 2003 in our orginization. Are there any tools to see who is accessing my mailbox? I have a feeling there are a few unhonest co-workers and management that are accessing mailboxes using the Exchange Admin account at odd hours. I am not looking to review the logs, but something a little more in depth.
