why does HTML newsletter dropped into email shrink font/change format

By sassy200 ·
My web designer has just developed a beautiful newsletter with links to my blog. When I click on 'Page' in Internet Explorer to "send page by email" so I can then distribute to my data base of contacts, it shrinks the text font which means the whole newsletter which is centre justified and runs edge to edge shrinks away from the side of the page leaving an unsightly blank column on the right side of the newsletter and font too small for clients to read comfortably. We think it has something to do with auto fit to window but doesn't do it on web designer's PC or my husband's, only mine. Cannot see any difference in preference settings to explain it. Very annoying.
