First check with your friends if it’s the same or worse or better than it’s with you. No need to do anything if it’s normal and everybody has it.

Is it too hot to the touch? I remember when some Samsung and iPhones were overheating/ignited due to battery defects more than a few years ago. Kind of like some Tesla cars today.

Your phone may get hot for several reasons, often related to intensive usage or environmental factors. Common causes include:

Heavy App Usage: Running resource-intensive apps like gaming, video streaming, or multitasking can overwork your phone’s processor.
Background Processes: Apps running in the background, even when not in use, can drain resources and generate heat.
Battery Strain: Prolonged charging, using your phone while charging, or faulty chargers can overheat the battery.
Environmental Heat: Using your phone in direct sunlight or hot environments can contribute to overheating.
Software or Hardware Issues: Outdated software or hardware malfunctions can also cause your phone to heat up abnormally.
To prevent overheating, close unused apps, avoid direct sunlight, and ensure you’re using a certified charger. If the issue persists, check for updates or consult a technician.

The main reason your phone overheats is because it may be infected with viruses, it may also be old, or it may be beacuse you have been on it for too long.
