Why has the Information Security Policy document not been updated to 2025?

Hi,

The Techrepublic Information Security Policy document for download has not been updated to a 2025 version. A lot of changes have happened in the last year such as the push to artificial intelligence and other changes that influence this important policy document. Is there any intention to upgrade it as we would like to incorporate the latest version in our organization’s Information Security Policy.

If the policy hasn’t changed since 2024 significantly, an update may not be needed. I can only speculate since I am not on that team.

So far the best defense is to be hidden and have no data.
