Why stk

By Roving_Reporter ·
Why buy a company whose 80's CEO robbed it blind and sent it into bankruptcy? I guess that this CEO thinks bankruptcy will make him richer. The core business, Solaris has a big wall to climb. Let's see, Sun competes with Intel, IBM, Dell, MS for starters. This is another of those pie in the sky acquisitions, if people let us in the door they may buy. I think there's a movie with that theme. Dump the CEO. I predict spinning off the storage business inside five years. Sparc will be incompatible with everything in the enterprise on an economic platform. Drop the software presumption that java will outlast other languages like C/C++. Now I see them down to Solaris, already free. Hmmm, that leaves the credit card business, and a potential buyout of Woolworth.
