I see three issues:

1. Site is too slow
2. Site doesn’t rank high enough on Google
3. Site isn’t responsive

if you have some budget then you can use wp rocket plug-in to boost your site speed and also make mobile friendly I am also using this plug-in for my site mini-militia(dot)com.
But if you don’t have some budget to purchased a pro plug-in then you can also use a free plug-in which is called as wp super caches.
