Win 2000 Profile problem

i just loaded win 2000 prfessional at home on my P4 system.
however, after a week i encounter some profile loading problem.

i create a user with admin rights with no password, when i boot the system, after the loading your personal settings, thescreen turns blue (as in the default wallpaper color), then it will stop loading.

after i log off n login again, it was okay.

please help
