Win 2003 Downgrade Procedure

I have an employee who accidentally upgraded a client’s server to Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition. Is anyone aware of a procedure to downgrade a Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition to Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition?
