Win ME>Win2K migration of programs fu

I set up my systems on my home network(wireless Lan) 6 computers, With Win2k, on one of the computers I somehow mussed the install. I did not select delete the previous operating systems files. Now I have a Windows folder w/ all the system files forMS office and all the programs that were on the server. The Winnt folder is fine but none of the programs migrated to the Win2k Desktop or OS. Any one know how I can remedy this. Thanks.
