A XP workstation connected on a network with a different IP (eg. subnet of 255.255.255.240)and subnet mast but on a single network segment with computers of different IP and subnet mask (255.255.0.0), unable to browse the other computers on the network which are of another subnet mask. The computers on the network other than the XP workstation are Windows 2000 professional. Please let me know, how to enable the XP ws with IP of different mask on the same segment and access the other computerson the network over netbios option.
