Win XP & Exchange 5.5

I have a ras dial-in for my remote users. Users with windows XP can dialin and get connected but cannot access their mail on our server. I am using Exchange 5.5. The xp users get access to our internet server and are allowed to browse the internet but cannot get into their mail.
