I previously installed the Windows XP Service Pack 1a. Something that was installed with the service pack made the USB ports on the back of my laptop stop getting power. I looked everywhere. The computer said that the ports were available and working properly but they weren’t getting any power. There are two ports on the back and one on the side. All three weren’t getting power. Does anyone have any suggestions?
