Win2000 NT detect d error

Installed win2000 over win98. Fat 32 dualboot
Can boot win2000 until select win98. After win98 selected get NT detect d error when trying to boot win 2000

You should install Win98 first. The reason is so Win2k will detect the first OS and set the paths correctly. You can do this manually by editing your boot.ini file in the root of the Win2k partition. (I figure that you did use more than just one partition for the daul boot.)
