This is confusing I have not encountered a floppy disk that has fat32,basically this pertains to the partitions that are on your hard drive, not reading the floppy. You could have a floppy problem that you have encountered in which your floppy may have become unstable.Check the floppy disk from the Device manager panel to see if it is operating properly.

The Fat32 Problem that has been,is with saved information from WORD, and Excell files that are trying to be read. I know that you can use the command "Convert A:" to convert the files to NTFS. But this is not the answer, that only coverts the disk. There is at install an option that will let you have FAT support, this is what I am looking for. Sorry for the confusion.

First of all, NT4 does NOT support FAT32 and therefore will not recognise a FAT32 partition (without the aid of 3rd party software).
Win2k, however, supports FAT16,32 and NTFS.

12-bit FAT, is used for floppy disks and small capacity hard disks. The file itself does not carry with it information about the previous file system.

It is more likely your floppy is at fault or the data stored on it.
Try running scandisk on the disk to try to recover the data.
If this does not work, there are many Freeware/Shareware utilities for data recovery available for downloading from the web.

I am still confused about the files being formatted in fat32 on a floppy,so what I am thinking that you have a hard drive that is formatted in ntfs, which you will not be able to convert, without third party software,or booting into win2k and using disk administrator to delete the partition,
the other thing you mentioned was at the beginning of using FDISK,you get the question to enable large disk support,if you choose "No" you will get Fat,if you choose yes you will automatically get Fat32.Winnt 4.0 will not reconize a fat32 partition,Win2k will recognize the partition.Hope this helps

That is exactly what I had to do was get a copy of file reader, (Freeware)This allowed me to read NTFS files from Win98, and vise versa.
