win2k s/up gets inaccessible boot device

win2k s/up gets inaccessible boot device at first re-boot after blue set-up screen.

this after creating 2.4 gb partition via bootit and clicking partition selection option during w2k set-up …… not got to point where able to select partition for win2K.
