I have a Win2K member server in a NT4 domain named DMJM. DMJM has a one-way trust relationship with a NT4 domain named ARC-ENG. ARC-ENG is trusted in my domain, but when I try to allow ARC-ENG users access to resources on my Win2K member server, Iget “You are logged in with an account that doesn’t have access to ARC-ENG. Enter the name and password of an account with permission for this domain and click OK”.
NOTE: Giving ARC-ENG users access to resources on my NT4 servers works.
nbtstat -c on the NT BDC & PDC gets:
C:\>nbtstat -c
NetBIOS Remote Cache Name Table
Name Type Host Address Life [sec]
