My bosses laptop hangs whenever he shuts down. This problem only occurs when he is logged on to the network (NT 4.0). I have tried some of the fixes suggested by Microsoft, but none of those issuse deal with a PC connected to a network. I was thinking or reinstalling TCP/IP. Do you think that will work?? Any suggestions would be helpful.
