Win95/Lotus Notes 4.6.3 problem

Hi – Some of my users have a problem while printing from Notes 4.6.3 on Win 95 machines to a Lexmark E312 printer . About 75% of the time they get an Illegal Operation – NLNOTES caused exception 10H in module NNOTES.dll at 1057:1022aa60 . I’ve triedvarious printer drivers with no luck and have had no help from IBM/Lotus .
Any ideas?
