Windows 10 as a server for a Large Retailer

I have been in the Tech business for over 25 years and one of my longest running clients decided to 'go young' and listen to others that they had just met and instead of upgrading their server they went with a windows 10 machine as a server, ( no redundancy or anything) it is a large sporting goods store that has 35 remote desktop users and 50 total users. I warned them that they are just 1 update away from 'thin stuff' and violating all of page 2 of the Microsoft agreement away from the whole thing crashing down.. Granted its an I9 processor, but that does not make it a server. Beginning in July they have massive sales and are extremely busy until January. What can I say to convince them to give up that idea. I cannot support what they have done just because they Think that the people 8 states over are smarter. I have over 25 years of experience. the owners son and daughter took over.

PS I have never let this company be down or offline for 20 years.
