Hello all
I’m at the end of my tether with my Windows desktop. This morning alone it took 6 attempts to get it to power up past the Lenovo screen (it worked eventually) and I’m not sure what I can do about it as I would like my machine to be more reliable – it’s less than a year old! I know I did start having some problems when our power suddenly got cut off, but it’s got worse of late, to the point where I haven’t really wanted to use it as much. I get blue screens on startup sometimes which say I am missing a certain file or something similar (sorry I cannot be more specific than that!)
Any tips or ideas as to what I can do to fix it? I’m a bit of a novice tech-wise but I can follow instructions 🙂 what tech info do you need from me? (also, what is the best way to get that info?)
