Windows 2000 Server was upgraded to SP2. Backup hardware being used is HP SureStore Tape drive; DAT24.
Frequently but not always, Previous backup jobs appear listed with newer jobs on a backup tape that was erased before the latest job. And restore becomes impossible.
Do you think this is a bug or some configuration problem.
Re-nstallation and reconfiguration were performed.
