Windows 2000 Group Policy Problem

I was adjusting the settings in Group policy. I wasn’t aware that it affected, Administrators too. I closed out of it and now if I login locally or through terminal services with any administrator account I have restricted access, so I can’t go back in. How do I reset it back to normal, or get back in so I can make the proper corrections to the group policy. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
