Windows 2000 Pro ICS Windows 98 ICP$

Windows 2000 Pro is Internet sharing to peer-to-peer network. Windows 98se and Windows 2000 pro clients. I get \\computername\IPC$ must supply passsword when I click on \\computername in Network Neighborhood on Win98 PC. Win 2000 Pro
PC can connect to Win98 shares. Win98 PC can connect to each other Win98 shares just not to Win 2000 Pro shares.
ICS Win 2000 pro pc has static ip 192.168.0.1
subnet 255.255.255.0. All other PC’s on the network Obtain IP address automatically. I have Win98 users and password are setup on the ICS Win 2000 Pro. I am using same workgroup on all client PC’s. There is no Domain setup on the Win 2000 Pro ICS PC I’m just using workgroup.
