Windows 2000 Pro vs IE5x

By flair426 ·
I have a friend that is new to Windows 2000 Pro, and he can only connect to the internet when he is in the Admin account, but not in Normal User account.

He has Admin rights, but when he tries as Normal-User to connect to the internet
through IE5.5 it will not let him dial-up to connect. Does Power User have that
ability? Does he have to change the rights to IE5.5 it self?
Thank You
Eric...

Moving him to the Power Users group will probably fix the problem, but if IE and Dial Up Networking were both installed by the local Administrator, he should have no problem using either one while in the User group.
